Welcome to the 1st Annual Greensboro Zombie Walk & Prom

Join us at the Regency Room at the Elm Street Center in Greensboro on Saturday September 22 at 7pm. We will begin our Zombie walk in the Parking Deck behind the Center on Davie Street. A map will be coming shortly.
The walk is open to the public and participants are encouraged to bring a canned food donation for the Second Harvest Food Bank.
After the walk those 18+ are invited to a Zombie Prom from 8:30pm-Midnight. Tickets will be available on this site shortly and also at the door the night of the event. The cost is $15 per person. $12 with Student/Military ID. Light snacks, cash bar, dancing, contests and prizes await the zombie hoard.

    Costume or street clothes?

Is the walk appropriate for children, or is it better suited for adults? My 11 year-old and 6 year-old want to go. Will it be too scary for kids?

It is hard to say how “gory” some folks may dress up as. It is up to your discretion as far as letting your children participate. As long as they are accompanied by an adult I’m sure they’ll be fine. Again, I cannot say how intense some folks may dress up. I personally took my 8 year old to a walk in Charlotte and had no issues, however it is completely up to you. Please use your own best judgement. Thank you!

Does the walk cost anything or just the prom?
